Agony Al: Fitness Over Christmas

Dear Al, I feel like I majorly over-indulged this Christmas already, since coming home. How do I keep my fitness levels/willpower in check over the festive period?  Kieran   Kieran, It's important that you relax over Christmas and enjoy the festive period. Everyone is in the same boat so don’t feel too guilty about over indulging. Remember turkey is full of protein so its good for you! Stay of the obvious stuff like Chocolate and Crisps though. Try to write up a work-out plan for the festive period for days you know you’ll have spare time. It doesn’t have to be too hard...something to keep your fitness ticking over until you get back to full time training in the new year.
