Received my Junior Certificate in 2013 and my Leaving Certificate in 2015.
- What makes you want to go and study in the States?
Studying in the states would be like a once in a lifetime opportunity and life changing experience for me. The states have the highest international student population and also have an excellent educational system. I would like to have the opportunity to experience different styles of learning and experience the world class sports facilities available in colleges in the states. The experience would be of major value to my career opportunities and me. It would give me the chance to see another part of the world, make new friends, and experience the different cultures and traditions. It would be a challenge to me leaving home and having to face more independence. I would approach this challenge with curiosity and excitement.
- What are you looking forward to the most about training and studying in the States?
I am looking forward to learning more about myself and becoming more self-aware, self-sufficient and independent, making new friends, experiencing new cultures, travel, strengthening my communication skills, improving my performance on and off the
soccer pitch, learning new skills, improving my physical fitness and becoming part of a team.
