Our talent management consultant Gary McDonald has developed a home work out that can be done in the house or out in the garden!
No Equipment? No problem! This workout can be done without any equipment!
The workout is as follows;
- Push-Ups
- Squats
- Half-Crunches
- Lunges
- Plank to Starting Push-Up Position
- Mountain Climbers
- Heel Touches
- Jumping Jacks
You should work for 30 seconds continuously on each exercise, with 15 seconds rest in between each exercise. Once you complete all 8, that is one set. REPEAT this circuit 3 times.
